Yes, at any time from your account. The higher plan starts at once. The unused part of your current plan is worked out to the minute and taken off the price, so you pay only the difference now, plus GST. The new plan then runs a full month (or year) from the day you upgrade.
An example. Your account shows the exact figure before you pay.
What if I move to a lower plan?+
The lower plan starts when your current plan ends, so you keep every day you have paid for. You choose it and pay for it from your account; nothing changes until the end date.
How does yearly work?+
Yearly is ten months’ price: two months free. On top of that, the launch price is for your first year of a plan: ₹40,000 for Smart and ₹60,000 for Super. When that year ends you renew at the normal yearly price, ₹49,000 for Smart and ₹99,000 for Super, all plus GST. Moving from monthly to yearly on the same plan starts when your current month ends.
How do I cancel?+
There is nothing to cancel. No plan renews by itself and there is no autopay mandate. If you do not renew, your plan runs to its end date and your account moves to Free. Payments are final and are not refunded, except for the technical errors listed in the Refund & Cancellation policy.
Will I be charged automatically?+
No. Every payment covers one month or one year. We remind you 7, 3 and 1 day before your plan ends, and you renew in one click from your account. If you renew early, the new period starts the day the current one ends.
Can I buy an add-on without a paid plan?+
No. Add-ons sit on top of Smart or Super. AI Candle and Smart Money go with a yearly plan only, because an add-on runs as long as the plan does.
Can I trade live from A1Stock?+
Live trading is coming soon. Until it opens, Smart and Super trade on paper from the same ticket, with real prices and real charges, and every trade lands in the journal.
